Rental Notes:
A £200 breakages/damages deposit is payable with all bookings. We will endeavour to return this within two weeks of your return subject to any damages incurred. We do not charge for accidental damage only major negligent damages.
All air-conditioning, electric and central heating is payable locally at 120 Euros / week. Most Villas charge around £5 Euros/ day per air-con unit, our Villa has 7 of these, working out at just over 2 Euros per day per unit.
A non-refundable 30% deposit required with all bookings please, Balance required 12 weeks prior to departure.
Bed linen is provided free of charge, but NOT towels.
Welcome hamper packs can be ordered to suit size of party, please stipulate order and we will cost this for you.
Please note checkout time is 11AM on day of departure, unless by prior arrangement.
This property is normally available for rent between January and December each year. |
